Further strengthening our complement of incredible testers originally from Ukraine, is Inna.
I think what makes Inna such a strong test engineer is her interest in continually developing her skills and her love of trying new things. This combined with her strong work ethic means that her addition is going to make almost any team successful.
Take some time to get to know one of our new Test Engineers, Inna!
Tell us about yourself.
Hi there! My name is Inna and I’m a Test Engineer at spriteCloud. At the start of the Coronavirus pandemic, I decided to move from Ukraine to the Netherlands. Perfect timing! After a year of working from home, I’m very much looking forward to getting the chance to find out what the Netherlands really has to offer.
In the meantime, I learned how to ride a bike, so I consider myself ready for the Dutch way of life.
What will you be doing at spriteCloud?
I’m looking forward to working on different projects, extending my expertise, and contributing to the product quality of our clients!
How did you get into software testing?
I have a technical degree and it took me a while to find myself. Before switching to IT I worked at several companies but I always felt that it was not challenging enough. Then I decided to try something completely different!
So I subscribed to the QA course in IT school. Uhh, it was a hard time studying in the evenings, after work, and also during the weekends. But at that time I’ve learned that only with the right motivation, time, and dedication you can achieve your goals!
What do you enjoy most about software testing?
I like that testing gives me room for creativity. My favourite part is negative scenarios! Also, I like the feeling when after a long investigation of a bug I finally catch it, find a way to reproduce it.
What is your favourite thing about your role or spriteCloud, so far?
There’re so many things to learn regarding testing. This part I like the most – continuous development of myself. spriteCloud supports their employees and I find it awesome!
Tell us something that you wish more people knew about you.
I am a creative person. In my spare time, I like to do all sorts of handy crafts, such as crochet. My most recent work was a house for my cats to live in.
Thanks for taking the time to help us get to know you a little better, Inna. It’s great to see someone spend their time during this pandemic doing things more useful than memorizing the Netflix library.
