In 2019, we expanded our portfolio to include cybersecurity services, reflecting the growing importance of security as an integral component of modern software quality. This capability was spearheaded by spriteCloud co-founder Andy, laying the foundation for a more comprehensive approach to software assurance.
As our cybersecurity capabilities matured, CPRO (Cybersecurity Professionals) was established as a sister company to spriteCloud. The goal of CPRO was to deepen and extend our specialist security expertise while maintaining the same technical rigor and client-focused mindset that defines spriteCloud. Under Andy’s leadership, CPRO built a strong reputation for delivering world-class cybersecurity services, including:

- Application security testing
- API penetration testing
- Mobile application penetration testing
- Network penetration testing
Over time, clients increasingly require integrated partners who can address quality, security, and risk holistically, rather than through fragmented services. Given spriteCloud’s scale, global reach, and established client relationships, we concluded that bringing our cybersecurity services fully back under the spriteCloud brand would best serve our clients’ needs.
We are very pleased to announce that spriteCloud has acquired CPRO as of November 2025. This acquisition consolidates our cybersecurity and software testing capabilities into a single, unified organisation. This is not a reduction or change in scope, but a strengthening of our offering. The same experienced security professionals, methodologies, and standards that defined CPRO continue as part of spriteCloud, now enhanced by tighter integration with our Quality Assurance and Software Testing services.
For our clients, this means a true one-stop shop for software quality and security. From functional and non-functional testing to advanced application and infrastructure security assessments, spriteCloud now delivers end-to-end assurance across the full software development lifecycle, under one roof.
