We're a 50-person testing consultancy. Everyone here is a tester by trade and by choice. If you take quality seriously, you'll fit in fast.
Four things that make the work worth doing. Specifics, not perks.
Our clients run platforms people depend on: banks, logistics operators, hotel groups, government services. The bugs you catch here matter.
You set test strategy, build automation that lasts, and decide what done means. We hire your judgement and then we use it.
New tools, new domains, and colleagues who share what they learn. You'll work on AI-assisted testing and security while both are still new. Learning happens during work hours.
Hybrid by default, with flexible hours. Managers here judge the work you deliver, not the hours you sit at a desk.
What the job is actually like, from the people doing it.
"I joined through the Academy with no testing background. Eighteen months in, I'm running automation on an enterprise account."
"In the interview they told me exactly which parts of the job would be hard. They were right about all of them."
"At my last agency, testing was whatever got squeezed in at the end. Here it's the work itself."
Experienced testers and career-changers are after different things. Start where you fit.
QA engineers, automation specialists, test leads. You know the job. Here you get harder problems and colleagues who care as much as you do.
Career-changers and juniors. The Academy trains you, pairs you with a mentor, and puts you in a paid role from the start. No testing experience needed.
Filter by team. Every role links to the full description. We hire Test Automation Engineers year-round, so that role is always open.
No roles match that filter right now, but we're always interested in good testers.
Leave your details →Five steps, about three weeks start to finish. You'll always know which stage you're in and who you're meeting next.
Upload your CV. We review every application and reply, usually within a couple of days.
~2 days to hear backA 30-minute call with HR to talk through the role, your background, and what you're looking for.
Week 1A take-home challenge in your own time, then we walk through it together. Breakdown below.
Week 2A separate conversation about how you work and how you'd fit the team.
Week 2A clear offer with your salary band, then we get you set up to start.
Week 3We send you a test automation challenge. You get 3 days to work on it at your own pace, in your own environment. No countdown timers, no one looking over your shoulder.
Then a technical interview where we walk through your solution together. It's a conversation, not a quiz. We want to understand your thinking and your choices.
Based on the review, we tell you the level we see you at (Junior, Medior or Senior) and the salary band that goes with it. No vague we'll be in touch. Just clarity, for both of us.
One role, three salary bands. Our bar is high, but the title you walk in with doesn't decide your ceiling: we level you on what you can actually do, not the years on your CV.
// Not a fit right now? We'll tell you honestly, and why. So it's worth your time either way.
Real line items, straight from the offer. Salary figures per band are confirmed with you before any offer.
No anonymous panel. Here's the team you'll actually talk to.

Two years of workshops, socials and team days. This is the part the job description leaves out.
